Lenten recipe for fried squid in batter.
Compound:
- 0.5 kg squid (carcass)
- 1 cup flour
- 100 ml water
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda without top
- vegetable oil for frying
- salt and pepper to taste
Cooking:
- Process squids: remove the skin, films and entrails.
