Compound:
- 1 pink salmon
- 3 onions
- 3 carrots
- half a lemon
- 250 grams of mayonnaise
- vegetable oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
- greens and tomato for decoration (optional)
Cooking:
- Peel the onion and cut into rings.
- Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
- Peel the fish, separate the fillet from the bones, salt, pepper and cut into portions.
- Cover the baking sheet with foil or parchment. Put pink salmon on a baking sheet, grease with oil and pour over lemon juice.
- Put a layer of onion and a layer of carrots on top of pink salmon, pour everything with mayonnaise. (If the mayonnaise is thick, it can be thinned with water).
- We put it in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
- Before serving, decorate the fish with tomatoes and herbs.
- Serve with a side dish or fresh vegetables.
