Baked pink salmon with onions and carrots

Compound:

  • 1 pink salmon
  • 3 onions
  • 3 carrots
  • half a lemon
  • 250 grams of mayonnaise
  • vegetable oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • greens and tomato for decoration (optional)

Cooking:

  1. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
  2. Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
  3. Peel the fish, separate the fillet from the bones, salt, pepper and cut into portions.
  4. Cover the baking sheet with foil or parchment. Put pink salmon on a baking sheet, grease with oil and pour over lemon juice.
  5. Put a layer of onion and a layer of carrots on top of pink salmon, pour everything with mayonnaise. (If the mayonnaise is thick, it can be thinned with water).
  6. We put it in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  7. Before serving, decorate the fish with tomatoes and herbs.
  8. Serve with a side dish or fresh vegetables.
