Baked apples with cottage cheese are such an elementary dish that even a child or a person who is very far from cooking can cook them. This dessert is healthy and low-calorie, suitable for baby food after one year and a diet table.

You will need:

  • Apple - 6 pcs.
  • Cottage cheese - 150 g.
  • Egg yolk - 1 pc.
  • Powdered sugar or honey - 2 tbsp.
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
  • Starch - 1 tsp

How to cook:

1. It is better to take apples of the same size, but this is not necessary. Color and variety also do not matter, the main thing is that the apples are not too soft and do not fall apart. Wash the fruit, cut off the "lids". With a teaspoon, carefully remove the core with seeds, without cutting through the apples and leaving thick walls.

2. Put cottage cheese, powdered sugar, starch, vanilla sugar or extract and egg yolk into a blender bowl. Process into a homogeneous mass. If desired, you can also add washed and dried small raisins.

3. Put the apples in a suitable baking dish, greased with butter. Fill the apples tightly with the curd filling.

4. Bake the fruit in an oven preheated to one hundred and ninety degrees for about thirty minutes, readiness can be checked with a knife, the wall of the apple should be easily pierced. Serve warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar. This dessert is also very good cold.
