Recipe for cottage cheese pie with semolina on kefir in the oven.

Compound:

  • 250 grams of crumbly non-dry cottage cheese
  • 150 grams of granulated sugar
  • 1 glass of kefir
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

Cooking:

  1. Curd should be soft and moist. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, beat in the eggs and mix, it is better to knead well with a fork. so that there are no lumps.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, semolina and kefir. Mix everything with a whisk and let stand for about 20 minutes.
  3. Mix the contents of the first two bowls, gradually add flour with baking powder, stirring constantly.
  4. Grease the form with oil and put the finished dough into it.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  6. Bake until done about 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the cake from the oven, cool, remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
  8. Serve with jam or condensed milk. Bon appetit!
