Compound:
- 250 grams of crumbly non-dry cottage cheese
- 150 grams of granulated sugar
- 1 glass of kefir
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup semolina
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
- powdered sugar for sprinkling
Cooking:
- Curd should be soft and moist. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, beat in the eggs and mix, it is better to knead well with a fork. so that there are no lumps.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar, semolina and kefir. Mix everything with a whisk and let stand for about 20 minutes.
