Cottage cheese snack.
Cooking time 20 minutes.
Compound:
350 grams of cottage cheese
1 head of onion
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp. l. butter
3 art. l. walnuts
2 tbsp. l. lemon juice
4 tbsp. l. green cilantro and parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Cooking:
- Onion peel, wash, grate on a fine grater. Pass the garlic through a garlic press.
- Chop the walnuts, finely chop the cilantro and parsley.
- To make the oil easier to mix with other ingredients, it can be melted a little in a water bath.
- Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with butter, onion, garlic, lemon juice, crushed nuts, chopped herbs, salt and pepper.
- Mix the mass well, put in a salad bowl. Put in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Make sandwiches. It is better to fry bread or make toast.
Tip: A cottage cheese appetizer is considered ready when all the oil has been absorbed and the consistency becomes velvety.
