Compound:
- 1 small fork of cauliflower
- 150 grams hard cheese
- vegetable oil for frying
- fresh parsley and dill
- salt and pepper to taste
Cooking:
- Boil cauliflower for 20 minutes.
- Cool and break into small pieces (see photo below).
- Add vegetable oil to the pan and fry the cabbage, salt and pepper to taste.
- Chop the parsley and dill and add to the cabbage.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- If you need to quickly cook the cabbage, then just sprinkle the cheese directly into the pan and close the lid for 3 minutes until it melts.
- If you need a beautiful crust, then put the fried cabbage on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese and send it to the oven until a crust forms.
- Top with herbs.
