Cake fried in a pan

Compound:

  • 3 cups flour + 3 tablespoons
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 750 grams of milk
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 0.25 teaspoon vanillin

Cooking:

  1. In a bowl, put 3 cups of flour, condensed milk, 1 egg, extinguish the soda with vinegar and knead the dough. The dough should be soft and elastic.
  2. Shape the dough into a sausage and cut into 8 equal pieces.
  3. Roll out each piece with a rolling pin the size of your small frying pan.
  4. Bake the cakes in a pan for a minute on each side.
  5. Put a large plate on the finished cakes, approximately the same in diameter and carefully cut them along the plate so that all the cakes are even. It is better to cut each cake separately.
  6. Crumble all scraps, they are useful for decoration.
  7. Make cream. To do this, mix milk, 2 eggs, granulated sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour well and put to boil in a saucepan over low heat.
  8. Stir the cream all the time until it thickens. Put the butter into the finished cream and beat with a whisk or mixer.
  9. Spread all the cakes with cream and stack on top of each other. Also grease the entire cake around the edges and sprinkle with crumbs.
  10. Leave the cake to soak at room temperature for about an hour and then put in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  11. Serve with tea.
