Cake with chicken and mushrooms

Cooking time 50 minutes.

Compound:

  • 3 waffle cakes
  • 800 grams of chicken fillet
  • 400 grams of fresh champignons
  • 200 grams of onion
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 150 grams of cheese
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • nutmeg
  • parsley
  • ground black pepper

Cooking:

  1. Cut the onion into half rings, mushrooms into medium-sized slices.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry with onions.
  3. Saute the mushrooms in butter, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Pour cream into mushrooms, add chicken with onions, mix well and chop in a food processor.
  5. Spread the resulting mass on each cake and assemble the cake. Put some filling on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes until an even golden crust is formed.
