Cottage cheese and banana cake pastries

The recipe for a simple diet cottage cheese and banana cake with baked goods in the oven. Great dessert for kids and adults!

Compound:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1.5 grams of vanillin
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 200 grams of cottage cheese
  • 4 medium bananas
  • 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • delicious jam (optional)

Cooking:

  • Sift flour for making biscuits well.
  • Separate the whites from the yolks.
  • Beat egg whites with sugar and vanilla until the mixture becomes thick.
  • Next, carefully add the yolks, spoon by spoon, continuing to whisk continuously.
  • Gently fold the flour into the finished mass in portions, mix so that the dough remains airy.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the mold with oil.
  • Pour the dough into a greased form, put in the oven, bake until done, about 25 minutes.
  • When the biscuit is ready, turn off the oven and let stand for about five minutes with the door closed.
  • To prepare the filling, knead the cottage cheese well.
  • Cut the banana and beat with a mixer with sour cream.
  • Stir together sour cream with banana and cottage cheese until smooth.
  • Cut the baked cake into three parts, spread with jam if desired.
  • Put the cottage cheese filling on the two lower cakes, slices of bananas on top, and sprinkle the topmost cake with grated chocolate. Bon appetit!
