- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the mold with oil.

- When the biscuit is ready, turn off the oven and let stand for about five minutes with the door closed.
- To prepare the filling, knead the cottage cheese well.
- Cut the banana and beat with a mixer with sour cream.
- Stir together sour cream with banana and cottage cheese until smooth.
- Cut the baked cake into three parts, spread with jam if desired.
