The recipe for pusher with liver and fried onions (both as a filling for pies and as a main dish) is another letter from Kiseleva Svetalana from Kazakhstan. In the recipe, liver, or you can use liver sausage from the store or boiled offal in salted water and passed through a meat grinder. It is good if there is a liver, a lung and a heart in a home-made liver. Onions can also be passed through a meat grinder immediately after frying. The best result will be obtained by passing through a meat grinder, and not a blender, so that the liver does not dissolve, but remains in small pieces.
Actually a quick recipe from Svetlana:
“I put half a wheel of homemade liverwurst in the finished hot mash and let it bloom.
I fry a lot of onion, cut into cubes, in vegetable oil until tender. Burnt out a little? Not scary! And even well, the taste of the pusher will be unusual.”
As the author of many recipes and articles, I want to add that instead of bought liverka or homemade minced meat, you can use ground meat, as for naval pasta. An excellent solution would be chicken fillet, fried until golden brown with onions - cut everything into strips or cubes.
Liver sausage can be cooked at home, for this they take any offal (heart, lungs, navels ...) and the same amount of liver. Boil until tender in salted water. If necessary, after the first boiling of water, change the broth, rinse the protroha, pour boiling water over it (the kettle helps a lot here!) Do not forget to add salt.
Ready giblets cool slightly, but do not leave open to avoid chapping. We pass through a meat grinder adding overcooked onions to it (you can also fry carrots and celery root). Add spices to the same mass, wrap the sausage in cling film and refrigerate to harden. This homemade liverka is great for stuffing, dressing and other occasions.
And what delicious sandwiches!
If stew is stored in the bins, then for a quick recipe it will come in handy as well as possible.
There are many ways to make our potatoes tastier, richer and more nutritious.
Don't be afraid to experiment! Mashed potatoes are very fond of greens in the form of chopped parsley, dill and cilantro. Curry or turmeric powder can make a golden yellow puree. A little dried paprika allowed us to enjoy a delicate pink color puree. And dried crushed greens will turn crumbly tubers into green puree.
Potatoes are good with any food and salads. It goes well with both fish and meat dishes. Mashed potatoes serve as an excellent side dish or filling for pies, pancakes, zrazy.
Cook with love, enjoy every spoonful and enjoy your meal!
