Cheese balls with garlic

The recipe for a delicious snack is cheese balls with garlic and herbs in coconut flakes.

Compound:

  • 300 grams of hard cheese
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tablespoons topless mayonnaise
  • 100 grams of coconut flakes
  • 50 grams of fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Cheese grate on a fine grater.
  2. Peel the garlic and grate it on a fine grater or squeeze it with a garlic press.
  3. Chop the parsley very finely.
  4. Put cheese and garlic, herbs in a bowl, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  5. Mix everything and form balls with a diameter of about 3 cm.
  6. Roll the balls in coconut flakes and refrigerate for an hour.
  7. Serve the finished balls to the table and enjoy the extraordinary taste. Bon appetit!

  1. So I remembered, once in my youth I ate such balls, I still remember the impressions, but somehow it fell out of my memory how to cook them. Now I have the recipe, I’m starting, but I won’t add coconut, I’m not a fan of it.

    I cook balls according to a similar recipe, only I add a walnut in the middle. And when I want something more interesting, I can stick the nut into the prunes, and then into the cheese-garlic mass. It turns out very tasty.
