Pork with champignons in the oven

Compound:

  • 500 grams of pork
  • 300 grams of champignons
  • 100 grams hard cheese
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and ground pepper to taste
  • greenery for decoration
  • vegetable oil

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the meat and cut into portions.
  2. Grate the garlic on a very fine grater. Cut off the pork pieces, rub with garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Fry in a pan until cooked.
  4. Cut the onion into rings, slice the mushrooms.
  5. Fry the onion and mushrooms in vegetable oil until tender.
  6. Put foil on a baking sheet.
  7. Spread the pork on a baking sheet.
  8. Put mushrooms with onions on each piece.
  9. Coarsely grate the cheese and sprinkle over the meat.
  10. Cook in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  11. Decorate with herbs before serving. You can put pork on lettuce leaves.
  12. Serve with any side dish and herbs.
