If you don't like factory-made dumplings, you can make homemade dumplings and store them in the freezer. Soup from homemade dumplings will turn out rich and very tasty. The ingredients for such a soup are very different - the composition depends on taste preferences.

Recipe 1. Dumpling soup is quick.

Compound:

pack of dumplings (350 g)

1.5 liters of water

1 carrot

2 potato tubers

0.1 kg green onion feathers

0.5 teaspoon curry

salt, spices to taste

Cooking:

  1. Pour chopped carrots and potatoes into boiling water, add spices, curry. Curry will give the soup a nice flavor.
  2. When the vegetables are cooked, lower the dumplings one by one.

  1. Boil rice until fluffy.
  2. Grate the cheese, chop the onion and fry.
  3. Bring the water to a boil, put the dumplings into it, wait until they float.
  4. Add fried onions, grated cheese, boiled rice, spices, herbs, salt to the loop.
