It takes 1-2 hours to prepare a rich soup, which is simply impossible to find on weekdays for a busy person. Soup with dumplings becomes a good alternative - it is hearty and cooks very quickly. If you don't like factory-made dumplings, you can make homemade dumplings and store them in the freezer. Soup from homemade dumplings will turn out rich and very tasty. The ingredients for such a soup are very different - the composition depends on taste preferences.
Recipe 1. Dumpling soup is quick.
Compound:
pack of dumplings (350 g)
1.5 liters of water
1 carrot
2 potato tubers
0.1 kg green onion feathers
0.5 teaspoon curry
salt, spices to taste
Cooking:
- Pour chopped carrots and potatoes into boiling water, add spices, curry. Curry will give the soup a nice flavor.
- When the vegetables are cooked, lower the dumplings one by one.
- Salt the soup and cook until the dumplings float.
- At the end of cooking, add chopped green onions.
- Hold the pan on the stove for 4 minutes.
- Serve the soup immediately, otherwise the dough will fall apart in the broth.
Recipe 2. Soup with dumplings and cheese.
Compound:
0.3 kg dumplings
0.3 kg of processed cheese
1.5 liters of water
onion (you can use a leek stalk)
0.1 kg of rice
1 st. a spoonful of butter;
1 teaspoon dried parsley
0.5 teaspoon dried basil
spices, salt to taste
Cooking:
If there is no processed cheese, you can use soft or hard varieties. Soup with dumplings and cheese turns out hearty and fragrant.
- Boil rice until fluffy.
- Grate the cheese, chop the onion and fry.
- Bring the water to a boil, put the dumplings into it, wait until they float.
- Add fried onions, grated cheese, boiled rice, spices, herbs, salt to the loop.
- Mix the soup thoroughly and turn off the heat. Let it brew for 10 minutes.
- Before serving, you can add a little garlic.
