Broccoli and cauliflower soup

Recipe for vegetarian vegetable milk soup-puree with broccoli and cauliflower in a slow cooker.

Compound:

  • 200 grams of broccoli
  • 200 grams of cauliflower
  • 150 grams of potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 100 ml milk (3.2% is better)
  • 600 ml water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into pieces.
  2. Separate broccoli and cauliflower into florets or chop.
  3. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  4. Put prepared vegetables in a slow cooker, salt, pepper and pour water. Put to cook on the soup program for 20 minutes.
  5. After cooking, pour the finished soup into another container, add milk and beat with a blender.
  6. Finely chop the dill and add to the finished soup. Mix.
  7. Before serving, you can decorate the soup with herbs, broccoli or add croutons. Bon appetit!
