Recipe for vegetarian vegetable milk soup-puree with broccoli and cauliflower in a slow cooker.
Compound:
- 200 grams of broccoli
- 200 grams of cauliflower
- 150 grams of potatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 bunch dill
- 100 ml milk (3.2% is better)
- 600 ml water
- salt and pepper to taste
Cooking:
- Peel potatoes and cut into pieces.
- Separate broccoli and cauliflower into florets or chop.
- Peel the onion and chop finely.
- Put prepared vegetables in a slow cooker, salt, pepper and pour water. Put to cook on the soup program for 20 minutes.
- After cooking, pour the finished soup into another container, add milk and beat with a blender.
- Finely chop the dill and add to the finished soup. Mix.
