Compound:
- 500 grams of sturgeon
- 1 egg
- 3 art. spoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 lemon
- dill and fennel greens
Cooking:
- Free the sturgeon from skin and cartilage, carefully cut into 4 parts. Beat the finished fillet.
- Salt the sturgeon, grate with chopped herbs and bread first in a beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in vegetable oil until a smooth, golden crust is formed.
- You can serve boiled rice, fried or boiled potatoes, green salads as a side dish.
- Before serving, beautifully decorate the steak with lemon and herbs.
