Sturgeon steak

Cooking time 50 minutes.

Compound:

  • 500 grams of sturgeon
  • 1 egg
  • 3 art. spoons of breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 lemon
  • dill and fennel greens

Cooking:

  1. Free the sturgeon from skin and cartilage, carefully cut into 4 parts. Beat the finished fillet.
  2. Salt the sturgeon, grate with chopped herbs and bread first in a beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry in vegetable oil until a smooth, golden crust is formed.
  4. You can serve boiled rice, fried or boiled potatoes, green salads as a side dish.
  5. Before serving, beautifully decorate the steak with lemon and herbs.106-preview13
