The recipe for sausages in a potato coat with a photo.

Compound:

  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 150 grams of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 8 sausages
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • salt to taste

Cooking:

  1. Boil potatoes in their skins until tender. In their uniforms, you need to cook so that the potatoes become plastic and do not crumble.
  2. Cool potatoes, peel and mash with a potato masher.
  3. Add the egg and flour to the puree, salt and knead the dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 parts.
  5. Roll out a cake from each part, put a sausage on it. Roll up the sausage and seal the edges.
  6. Fry in a preheated pan in a large amount of vegetable oil.
  7. Serve with vegetable salad or herbs.
