Mango smoothie

Compound:

  • 3 carrots
  • 2 pieces mango
  • 3 tablespoons full fat yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • cilantro for decoration

Cooking:

  1. Boil carrots in slightly salted water, cool, peel and grate.
  2. Peel the mango, remove the pits and chop finely.
  3. Mix carrots with mango, add lemon juice, sugar and vanilla.
  4. Beat with a blender until smooth.
  5. Add yogurt to the blender and beat again.
  6. Pour the mango smoothie into glasses and garnish with cilantro sprigs.
