Compound:
- 3 carrots
- 2 pieces mango
- 3 tablespoons full fat yogurt
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- cilantro for decoration
Cooking:
- Boil carrots in slightly salted water, cool, peel and grate.
- Peel the mango, remove the pits and chop finely.
- Mix carrots with mango, add lemon juice, sugar and vanilla.
- Beat with a blender until smooth.
- Add yogurt to the blender and beat again.
- Pour the mango smoothie into glasses and garnish with cilantro sprigs.
