Compound:
- 400 grams of cottage cheese
- 150 grams of sugar
- 150 grams of flour
- 12 grams baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 80 grams of raisins
- 100 grams of candied fruit
- 1 gram vanillin
- powdered sugar for sprinkling

Cooking:
- Wash the eggs and separate the yolks from the protein. Beat the whites with a blender.
