The recipe for a sweet cottage cheese pie with candied fruit in the oven. Step by step with photo.

Compound:

  • 400 grams of cottage cheese
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 150 grams of flour
  • 12 grams baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 grams of raisins
  • 100 grams of candied fruit
  • 1 gram vanillin
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling
  • salt to taste
  • butter for greasing the mold

Cooking:

  1. Wash the eggs and separate the yolks from the protein. Beat the whites with a blender.
  2. Put cottage cheese, yolks, sugar, vanillin and salt in a bowl. Mix with a mixer until smooth.
  3. Wash the raisins well.
  4. Add raisins and candied fruits to the curd mass, mix.
  5. Sift flour and add baking powder. Slowly pour the flour into the bowl, mixing the whole mass.
  6. At the very end, carefully pour in the beaten egg whites and mix again.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  8. Grease the mold with oil and spread the dough evenly.
  9. Bake until done for 30-40 minutes, depending on the shape, the higher the shape, the longer the cake will bake.
