Salad with avocado and tomatoes

Compound:

  • 5 avocados
  • 3 regular tomatoes or 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 10 lettuce leaves
  • 100 grams of Adyghe cheese
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • ground black pepper
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons mustard
  • 1.5 tablespoons wine vinegar

Cooking:

  1. Peel the avocado, cut in half, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into quarters (if cherry) or small pieces (if large).
  3. Cheese cut into small cubes.
  4. 8 lettuce leaves finely chopped.
  5. Chop parsley greens.
  6. Make sauce. To do this, mix olive oil, mustard and wine vinegar.
  7. Put the remaining lettuce leaves on a large dish, put all the ingredients on them, pepper to taste and pour the sauce on top.
  8. Decorate the salad with parsley leaves.
