Interesting salad design for March 8.

Compound:

  • 12 pcs tomato ladyfingers
  • 1-2 cucumbers
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 tablespoon green peas
  • 150 grams hard cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 50 grams of walnuts
  • mayonnaise for dressing

Cooking:

  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut into 6 petals at the top.
  2. Gently scoop out some of the pulp from the tomato with a spoon (about half).
  3. Boil the eggs, cool and grate on a coarse grater.
  4. Cheese grate on a fine grater.
  5. Peel the garlic and grate it on a fine grater or skip it in a garlic press.
  6. Peel and grate the walnuts on a coarse grater or wrap in a cloth and roll out with a rolling pin.
  7. Make the tomato filling with cheese, eggs, garlic, walnuts and mayonnaise.
  8. Stuff the tomatoes.
  9. Wash cucumbers and cut obliquely into thin circles.
  10. Wash green onions.
  11. Put all the ingredients on a dish in the form of a bouquet of tulips. Decorate with green peas.
