Interesting salad design for March 8.
Compound:
- 12 pcs tomato ladyfingers
- 1-2 cucumbers
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 tablespoon green peas
- 150 grams hard cheese
- 3 eggs
- 4 garlic cloves
- 50 grams of walnuts
- mayonnaise for dressing
Cooking:
- Wash the tomatoes and cut into 6 petals at the top.
- Gently scoop out some of the pulp from the tomato with a spoon (about half).
- Boil the eggs, cool and grate on a coarse grater.
- Cheese grate on a fine grater.
- Peel the garlic and grate it on a fine grater or skip it in a garlic press.

- Stuff the tomatoes.
- Wash cucumbers and cut obliquely into thin circles.
- Wash green onions.
- Put all the ingredients on a dish in the form of a bouquet of tulips. Decorate with green peas.
