Compound:
- 1 medium beetroot
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 small red onion
- 3 radishes
- 1 apple
- salt and pepper to taste
- vegetable oil for dressing
- greenery for decoration
Cooking:
- Grate beets, carrots and apples on a coarse grater.
- Finely chop the red onion.
- Cut the radish into very small cubes.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl, salt, pepper and season with vegetable oil.
