Fresh beet and carrot salad

Compound:

  • 1 medium beetroot
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 small red onion
  • 3 radishes
  • 1 apple
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil for dressing
  • greenery for decoration

Cooking:

  1. Grate beets, carrots and apples on a coarse grater.
  2. Finely chop the red onion.
  3. Cut the radish into very small cubes.
  4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, salt, pepper and season with vegetable oil.
  5. Arrange in portioned salad bowls and decorate with herbs.
