Recipe for salted fish salad, lettuce and mushrooms with onions.
Compound:
- 200 grams of lettuce
- 100 grams frozen mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 50 grams of red salted fish
- 0.5 lemon
- olive oil for dressing
- salt and pepper to taste
Cooking:
- Rinse lettuce leaves and tear into pieces (can be cut with scissors). Sprinkle the leaves with lemon juice.
- Cut the salted fish fillet into pieces.
- Defrost boiled frozen mushrooms.
- Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in a pan with mushrooms.
- Mix lettuce leaves, mushrooms with onions, fish, season with olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Put on a dish and serve.
