Salted fish salad with mushrooms

Recipe for salted fish salad, lettuce and mushrooms with onions.

Compound:

  • 200 grams of lettuce
  • 100 grams frozen mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 50 grams of red salted fish
  • 0.5 lemon
  • olive oil for dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Rinse lettuce leaves and tear into pieces (can be cut with scissors). Sprinkle the leaves with lemon juice.
  2. Cut the salted fish fillet into pieces.
  3. Defrost boiled frozen mushrooms.
  4. Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in a pan with mushrooms.
  5. Mix lettuce leaves, mushrooms with onions, fish, season with olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Put on a dish and serve.
