Calamari salad with cheese

Compound:

  • 300 grams of squid
  • 100 grams of cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 apples
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 st. mustard spoon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • greenery for decoration

Cooking:

  1. Hard-boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks and rub the whites on a large grater.
  2. In the same place we rub the peeled apples and cheese.
  3. Cook the squid and cut into strips.
  4. Sweet onion cut into thin rings.
  5. Roast the walnuts in a dry frying pan and chop coarsely.
  6. We combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl, salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise sauce mixed with mustard and chopped egg yolks.
  7. Garnish with herbs before serving.
