Compound:
- 300 grams of squid
- 100 grams of cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 apples
- 1 bulb
- 1 st. mustard spoon
- salt and pepper to taste
- greenery for decoration
Cooking:
- Hard-boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks and rub the whites on a large grater.
- In the same place we rub the peeled apples and cheese.
- Cook the squid and cut into strips.
- Sweet onion cut into thin rings.
- Roast the walnuts in a dry frying pan and chop coarsely.
- We combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl, salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise sauce mixed with mustard and chopped egg yolks.
- Garnish with herbs before serving.
