Bean salad with beef

Compound:

  • 1 can canned red beans in their own juice
  • 250 grams of boiled beef
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/5 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 50 grams of walnuts
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Cooking:

  1. Cut the onion into half rings, pour boiling water for 1 minute and remove.
  2. Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into strips.
  3. Meat cut into cubes.
  4. Finely chop the garlic or pass through a garlic press.
  5. Open beans, drain and rinse.
  6. Finely chop the cilantro.
  7. Chop the nuts and fry a little in a pan with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil.
  8. Put the beef, beans, peppers, garlic, onion, cilantro, walnuts and red pepper in a bowl.
  9. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Dress the salad with a mixture of olive oil and soy sauce, serve.
