Fast food salad. It will come in very handy if unexpected guests arrive. Cooking time 5 minutes.
Compound:
- 1 can canned beans in their own juice
- 1 small can of canned corn
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 red lettuce
- 1 bunch fresh dill
- 0.25 teaspoon mustard
- 1 pack of crackers (optional)
- ground pepper to taste
- mayonnaise for dressing (in fasting lean)
Cooking:
- Open jars of beans and corn and drain all liquid from there.
- Peel the onion and chop finely.
- Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
- Chop the dill.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl, pepper to taste, add mustard and season with mayonnaise.
- You can add a pack of ready-made croutons to the salad, but you will need to serve immediately, until the croutons are soft.
- That's all. Salad ready!
