Bean, corn and tomato salad

Previous:

Fast food salad. It will come in very handy if unexpected guests arrive. Cooking time 5 minutes.

Compound:

  • 1 can canned beans in their own juice
  • 1 small can of canned corn
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 red lettuce
  • 1 bunch fresh dill
  • 0.25 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 pack of crackers (optional)
  • ground pepper to taste
  • mayonnaise for dressing (in fasting lean)

Cooking:

  1. Open jars of beans and corn and drain all liquid from there.
  2. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
  4. Chop the dill.
  5. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, pepper to taste, add mustard and season with mayonnaise.
  6. You can add a pack of ready-made croutons to the salad, but you will need to serve immediately, until the croutons are soft.
  7. That's all. Salad ready!

    I was looking for an interesting recipe for corn salad, and here it is. Only we replace all canned food with natural products. Still, without preservatives, the taste is a little different. And thanks a lot for the recipe!
