Recipe for making sugar pretzels from shortcrust pastry.
Compound:
- 125 grams butter
- 125 grams of powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 grams of flour

Cooking:
- Rub the butter with powdered sugar until it turns white and thickens.
- Add one egg and mix again.
- Add flour and knead a sticky dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for an hour.

- Whisk the second egg.
- Put pretzels on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake 12-15 minutes.
