Fish skewers on the grill

Compound:

  • 1 kg fish fillet
  • 1 zucchini
  • 4 bulbs
  • 6 small tomatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 3 bay leaves
  • greens to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Wash and cut the tender fish fillet into small pieces.
  2. Peel and cut the zucchini into pieces.
  3. Peel the onion and cut it into rings. Cut the tomatoes into circles.
  4. Thyme and rosemary greens (or any of your choice), wash, dry and cut.
  5. Put the fish fillet and all the vegetables in a glass or enamel bowl and mix.
  6. Squeeze juice from lemon.
  7. Pour everything with lemon juice and vegetable oil, add herbs, salt and pepper.
  8. Place the container in a cool place for one hour.
  9. String the prepared fish fillet on a skewer mixed with onion, tomato and zucchini. Some people like to fry separately fish and vegetable skewers. Choose the method that you like best.
  10. Fry fish skewers on hot coals on the grill, turning them over from time to time and pouring over the remaining marinade.
  11. Serve with fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
