Recipe for Greek fish with eggs, tomatoes, herbs and onions in the oven.
Compound:
- 0.5 kg red oily fish fillet
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 cup greens (dill, parsley)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 150 grams hard cheese
- 100 grams of mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Cooking:
- Peel the onion and cut into rings. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Cut the red fish fillet into 6 portions. Salt and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut into half circles.
- Boil eggs, peel and cut into circles.
- Cheese grate on a coarse grater.
- Peel the garlic and grate on a fine grater.
- Wash and chop greens.
- Prepare the sauce. To do this, mix mayonnaise, garlic and half the greens in a bowl.
- Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and lay out the pieces of fish.
- Lay the egg on top of the fish.
- Tomatoes for an egg.
- Spread the sauce over the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Put the fish in the oven to cook for 30 minutes.
