Rice pudding with apples

Compound:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 6 pieces of apples
  • 3 glasses of milk
  • 1 glass of water
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon

Cooking:

  1. Pour milk and water into a saucepan, add sugar.
  2. Rinse the rice and place in a bowl.
  3. Boil sticky rice porridge.
  4. Peel apples and finely chop, sprinkle with cinnamon and mix.
  5. Mix apples and porridge.
  6. Separate the yolks from the whites (use 3 eggs).
  7. Whisk the yolks into the porridge and mix.
  8. Whisk the egg whites to a peak and add to the porridge.
  9. Lubricate the baking dish with oil and lay out the finished rice mass.
  10. Beat 1 egg with sour cream.
  11. Brush the top of the pudding.
  12. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  13. Serve with jam, jelly or jam.
  14. Top the pudding with liquid chocolate.
