Compound:
- 1 glass of milk
- 180 grams of low-fat sour cream
- 3 tablespoons cocoa nesquik
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 15 grams of gelatin
Cooking:
- Soak gelatin in water for several hours until it swells.
- Heat in a saucepan until hot, do not bring to a boil and cool.
- Beat sour cream, milk, sugar and Nesquik in a blender, slowly pour in gelatin.
- Beat again for about 3 minutes.
- Pour the resulting mass into glasses, glasses, bowls or whatever is convenient.
- Cool in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
- We decorate at our discretion: mint, berries, chocolate, coconut, nuts, etc.
I didn’t know that Nesquik has such a short shelf life, the children don’t really like cocoa, I had to throw it away, but now I am delighting them with a new dish and they are delighted!
