The recipe for classic brushwood on vodka

Compound:

  • 300 grams of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 tablespoon vodka
  • salt to taste
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

Cooking:

  1. Pour water into a bowl, add salt and vodka, beat in an egg and beat with a whisk.
  2. Gradually add flour, knead a stiff dough, like dumplings.
  3. Sprinkle a little flour on the table, roll out the dough.
  4. Cut into very strips and make 2 longitudinal cuts in each strip. Turn each strip through the slits.
  5. Pour vegetable oil into the pan. There should be enough oil so that the brushwood can be freely deep-fried.
  6. Fry all the brushwood in turn, put it on a napkin so that excess fat is absorbed.
  7. Put the brushwood on a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  8. Serve with tea.
