Compound:
- 300 grams of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 glass of water
- 1 tablespoon vodka
- salt to taste
- powdered sugar for sprinkling
Cooking:
- Pour water into a bowl, add salt and vodka, beat in an egg and beat with a whisk.
- Gradually add flour, knead a stiff dough, like dumplings.
- Sprinkle a little flour on the table, roll out the dough.
- Cut into very strips and make 2 longitudinal cuts in each strip. Turn each strip through the slits.
- Pour vegetable oil into the pan. There should be enough oil so that the brushwood can be freely deep-fried.
- Fry all the brushwood in turn, put it on a napkin so that excess fat is absorbed.
- Put the brushwood on a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Serve with tea.
