Recipe for a delicious and easy lentil soup. Vegetarians will love it very much. The soup also turns out to be dietary.
Compound:
- 100 grams of lentils (any kind you like)
- 100 grams of white cabbage
- 150 grams of potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 can canned beans in tomato sauce
- 1 bulb
- 1 bunch fresh dill
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and pepper to taste
Cooking:
- Rinse the lentils very well, you can even soak them for a few minutes so that the dirt is better washed off.
- Shred the cabbage.
- Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices.
- Peel the onion and chop finely.
- Peel potatoes and cut into small strips.
- Put the beans with tomato sauce, potatoes, carrots, onions and lentils in a saucepan, salt and pepper.
