Lean lentil soup

Recipe for a delicious and easy lentil soup. Vegetarians will love it very much. The soup also turns out to be dietary.

Compound:

  • 100 grams of lentils (any kind you like)
  • 100 grams of white cabbage
  • 150 grams of potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 can canned beans in tomato sauce
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 bunch fresh dill
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the lentils very well, you can even soak them for a few minutes so that the dirt is better washed off.
  2. Shred the cabbage.
  3. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices.
  4. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  5. Peel potatoes and cut into small strips.
  6. Put the beans with tomato sauce, potatoes, carrots, onions and lentils in a saucepan, salt and pepper.
  7. Pour in water, bring to a boil and cook for 25 minutes over low heat. 5 minutes before being ready, throw lavrushka into the soup.
  8. Chop the dill.
  9. Arrange the soup on plates, season with lean mayonnaise and sprinkle with fresh dill.
