Lean zucchini stew

Compound:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 250 grams of potatoes
  • 3 medium onions
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 can canned beans in tomato sauce
  • bunch of fresh dill
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds and cut into cubes of about 1 cm.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into the same cubes as the zucchini.
  3. Peel the carrots and cut into thin rings or grate on a coarse grater (if the carrots are large).
  4. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  5. Chop the dill.
  6. Put all the prepared ingredients in a slow cooker, add the beans from the jar, basil, pour over with oil, salt and pepper everything and mix.
  7. Cook on simmer mode for 25 minutes.
