Compound:
- 1 zucchini
- 250 grams of potatoes
- 3 medium onions
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 can canned beans in tomato sauce
- bunch of fresh dill
- 0.5 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Cooking:
- Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds and cut into cubes of about 1 cm.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into the same cubes as the zucchini.
- Peel the carrots and cut into thin rings or grate on a coarse grater (if the carrots are large).
- Peel the onion and chop finely.
- Chop the dill.
- Put all the prepared ingredients in a slow cooker, add the beans from the jar, basil, pour over with oil, salt and pepper everything and mix.
