Tomatoes stuffed with tuna

Recipe for stuffed tomatoes with canned tuna and onions with herbs.

Compound:

  • 8 fleshy tomatoes
  • 2 cans of canned tuna
  • 4 bulbs
  • 1 cup herbs (dill, parsley)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil for frying

Cooking:

  1. Cut off the top of the tomato and take out the insides so that only the walls remain.
  2. Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil, preferably olive oil.
  3. Finely chop the greens.
  4. Mash tuna with a fork and mix with onions and herbs.
  5. stuff the prepared tomatoes.
  6. Before serving, decorate with herbs on top.
