Healthy dried fruits and nuts

Recipe for making delicious and healthy sweets from dried fruits and nuts with honey in coconut flakes.

Compound:

  • 150 grams of prunes
  • 150 grams dried apricots
  • 100 grams of raisins
  • 100 grams of walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • shredded coconut for decoration

Cooking:

  1. Soak dried fruits and nuts in water for an hour and then rinse thoroughly.
  2. Scroll all the ingredients from point 1 through a meat grinder.
  3. Add honey to the resulting mass and mix everything.
  4. Form into small balls and roll in coconut flakes.
  5. If desired, you can add a whole nut to the middle of each candy.
