Compound:
- 300 grams of flour
- 25 grams fresh yeast
- 250 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 250 grams of tomatoes
- 50 grams of Mozzarella cheese
- 30 grams of olive oil
- 50 grams of onion
- 30 grams of basil
- 30 grams of oregano
- salt to taste
Cooking:
- Dilute the yeast in warm milk, beat in the eggs, salt and mix.
- Add flour and knead the dough so that it lags behind your hands.
- Remove the dough in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours, then knead again.
- From half of the dough, make a pizza cake, put on it thinly sliced tomatoes, onion, cut into rings and grated cheese.
- The second half of the dough can be frozen for the next time or make a second pizza.
- Place pizza on a baking sheet, sprinkle with oregano and brush with oil. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Before serving, decorate the pizza with basil greens.
The secret to making pizza is to roll out the dough with your hands, not with a rolling pin.
