Compound:

  • 1 pack of cottage cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1.5 grams of vanillin
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 200 grams of raisins
  • 70 grams of butter

Cooking:

  1. Mix flour with sugar, vanilla and baking powder.
  2. Grease the form with butter.
  3. Pour half of the prepared flour on the bottom and smooth.
  4. Crush the cottage cheese with a fork until smooth and put in a mold on a layer of flour, smooth.
  5. Rinse raisins, soak for 20 minutes. Put on cottage cheese.
  6. Pour the remaining flour in an even layer on the cottage cheese with raisins.
  7. Whisk eggs with milk. Pour the resulting mixture into a mold on the second layer of flour.
  8. Melt the butter in a steam bath or in the microwave and pour over the milk.
  9. Take a fork and pierce the whole cake so that the milk layer gets from top to bottom. That is, it is necessary to prick very often, mixing almost a little.
  10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cheesecake until done, about 30 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in the oven with the door slightly open.
  11. If desired, decorate the finished cake with powdered sugar.
