Pie with puff pastry

Compound:

  • 500 grams frozen puff pastry per roll
  • 300 grams of fresh peaches
  • 400 grams unflavored yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons semolina
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Cooking:

  1. Defrost the dough and roll it out.
  2. Sprinkle a baking sheet with a little flour, put the dough on a baking sheet and form sides, cut off the excess.
  3. Wash the peaches, cut in half, remove the pits and cut into slices.
  4. Arrange the peach slices in even rows on the dough.
  5. Beat the egg with a whisk in a bowl, add sugar, semolina and vanilla. Mix well. Pour yogurt into the resulting mass and beat everything with a mixer.
  6. Pour the finished cream over the peaches.
  7. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
