Recipe for shortbread pie with curd filling.

Compound:

  • for the test:
  • 1 pack of butter
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 pack of baking powder (12 grams)
  • 1.5 grams of vanillin
  • For filling:
  • 1.5 packs of cottage cheese
  • 300 grams of granulated sugar
  • 6 eggs

Cooking: 

  1. Take the butter out of the refrigerator to soften. Put flour, baking powder and vanilla in a bowl and mix.
  2. Add butter to the flour mixture and knead the dough. If it turns out watery, you need to add a little flour. The dough should be homogeneous, without lumps, small grains.
  3. Beat eggs with sugar.
  4. Add beaten eggs to curd and mix well.
  5. Grease the form with oil and put a little more than half of the dough on the bottom, so that it is enough for the sides.
  6. Put the curd filling on the dough layer.
  7. Spread the remaining dough on top.
  8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  9. Bake the shortcake until done, about 20 minutes. Cool down and serve. Bon appetit!
