Compound:

- 1 pack of butter
- 1.5 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 pack of baking powder (12 grams)
- 1.5 grams of vanillin
- For filling:
- 1.5 packs of cottage cheese
- 300 grams of granulated sugar
- 6 eggs
Cooking:
- Take the butter out of the refrigerator to soften. Put flour, baking powder and vanilla in a bowl and mix.
- Add butter to the flour mixture and knead the dough. If it turns out watery, you need to add a little flour. The dough should be homogeneous, without lumps, small grains.
- Beat eggs with sugar.
- Add beaten eggs to curd and mix well.
- Grease the form with oil and put a little more than half of the dough on the bottom, so that it is enough for the sides.
- Put the curd filling on the dough layer.
- Spread the remaining dough on top.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
