Chicken Liver Cake

Delicious liver cake made from chicken liver, onions, carrots and eggs.

Compound:

  • 600 grams of chicken liver
  • 4 bulbs
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the chicken liver and remove the films.
  2. Scroll the liver in a blender and put in a bowl.
  3. Add flour, 2 eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything with a whisk or spoon.
  4. From the finished dough, bake pancakes in a pan.
  5. Peel onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry everything in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
  6. Boil the remaining 2 eggs and grate on a coarse grater.
  7. Lubricate each pancake with mayonnaise, sprinkle with roast and collect a cake from them.
  8. The last cake is also sprinkled with roast and boiled egg on top.
  9. Leave the finished liver cake to infuse in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.
