Delicious liver cake made from chicken liver, onions, carrots and eggs.
Compound:
- 600 grams of chicken liver
- 4 bulbs
- 4 carrots
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
- mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Cooking:
- Rinse the chicken liver and remove the films.
- Scroll the liver in a blender and put in a bowl.
- Add flour, 2 eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything with a whisk or spoon.
- From the finished dough, bake pancakes in a pan.
- Peel onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry everything in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
- Boil the remaining 2 eggs and grate on a coarse grater.
- Lubricate each pancake with mayonnaise, sprinkle with roast and collect a cake from them.
- The last cake is also sprinkled with roast and boiled egg on top.
- Leave the finished liver cake to infuse in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.
