Chicken breast pancakes

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 bulb
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil for frying

Cooking:

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into very small cubes.
  2. Peel onion and garlic and finely chop.
  3. Beat the egg, mayonnaise and flour well with a whisk or mixer.
  4. Put chicken, basil, dill, parsley into the resulting dough, salt and pepper to taste and mix.
  5. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat.
  6. Bake pancakes, spreading the dough with a spoon dipped in water so that the dough does not stick.
  7. Serve with vegetable salad.
