Unsweetened cottage cheese pie

Recipe for a savory pie with cheese, cottage cheese and herbs.

Compound:

  • 200 grams of cottage cheese
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams hard cheese
  • 100 ml milk
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons green onions
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • salt to taste

Cooking:

  1. Knead the dough. To do this, mix 100 grams of cottage cheese, butter and flour. Take the butter out of the fridge first to soften.
  2. Take a baking dish and spread the dough evenly over the form.
  3. Prepare the filling. Separate the yolk from the white of one egg.
  4. Cheese grate on a coarse grater.
  5. Peel the garlic and finely chop or squeeze in a garlic press.
  6. Chop greens.
  7. In a bowl, put the cottage cheese, egg and protein from the second egg, milk, cheese, herbs, garlic and salt to taste. Mix everything well.
  8. Put the finished filling on the dough in the prepared form.
  9. Beat the remaining yolk and brush on top of the pie.
  10. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes until the cake is browned.
  11. Cool down and serve.
