Bulk pie with apples

  • 1 kg apples
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Cooking:

  1. Pour semolina, sugar, flour, salt, vanillin and baking powder into a large bowl (you can use a pinch of soda instead of baking powder). We mix.

  6. Butter must be frozen. Grate a third of the oil and sprinkle apples with it. It is more convenient to rub the oil by weight.
  7. Pour the second third of the flour mixture on top and distribute it evenly. And again a layer of apples, the second third of the grated frozen butter and the rest of the dry mixture.
  8. Sprinkle everything with the rest of the grated butter. The oil will give a crust, so you can not spare it.
  9. We put the form in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for about 40 minutes.
  10. The cake can be served with ice cream, whipped cream, you can pour it with a mixture of cream and melted white chocolate.
