Compound:

Cooking:
- Pass the meat and onion 2 times through a meat grinder.

- Add a raw egg to the resulting mass, mix and lay out a 2 cm thick rectangle on foil in a baking sheet.
- Hard boil 3 eggs, peel and place whole in the middle of the minced meat.
- Roll the stuffing with foil into a roll.
