Meatloaf with egg in the oven

Compound:

  • 400 grams of beef
  • 30 grams of wheat bread
  • 1 head of onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 eggs
  • 40 grams of ghee
  • 30 grams of white crackers
  • 50 grams of milk
  • ground black pepper
  • salt to taste

Cooking:

  1. Pass the meat and onion 2 times through a meat grinder.
  2. Soak the pulp of bread in milk, squeeze, combine with minced meat.
  3. Add crushed garlic and mince again.
  4. Salt, pepper.
  5. Add a raw egg to the resulting mass, mix and lay out a 2 cm thick rectangle on foil in a baking sheet.

  7. Roll the stuffing with foil into a roll.
  8. Unfold the foil, spread the roll on top with melted butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  9. Bake until cooked in the oven at a temperature of 200-220 degrees.
