The recipe for pork meat pouches with cheese and mushrooms in the oven.
Compound:
- 800 grams of pork escalopes
- 300 grams of champignons
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 package real processed cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Cooking:
- Rinse and beat off the escalopes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Peel and grate the garlic.
- Put a piece of melted cheese and a tablespoon of mushrooms on each escalope. Add some garlic.
- Roll each escalope into a bag and chop with a toothpick.
