Bags of pork with cheese and mushrooms

The recipe for pork meat pouches with cheese and mushrooms in the oven.

Compound:

  • 800 grams of pork escalopes
  • 300 grams of champignons
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 package real processed cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Rinse and beat off the escalopes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Peel and grate the garlic.
  3. Put a piece of melted cheese and a tablespoon of mushrooms on each escalope. Add some garlic.
  4. Roll each escalope into a bag and chop with a toothpick.
  5. Cut the foil into square pieces and form them into baskets.
  6. Put each bag into a basket and place on a baking sheet or in a mold. Salt and pepper the tops of the bags to taste.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees and fry until cooked through for about 20 minutes.
  8. Serve with a side dish, vegetables or as a separate dish.
