Compound:
- 1 cup raspberries (can be frozen)
- 2 bananas
- 1 ice cream (preferably ice cream)
- 3 almonds
- 1 glass of milk
Cooking:
- Peel bananas.
- Peel the kiwi.
- Defrost raspberries if they are frozen.
- Blend raspberries, bananas, ice cream and milk in a blender.
- Chop the almonds.
- Pour smoothie into glasses and garnish with almonds.
