Lenten pasta with mushrooms

Recipe for pasta with mushrooms, carrots and onions in a pan without cooking. Lenten dish.

Compound:

  • 200 grams of pasta
  • 150 grams frozen cooked mushrooms
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 carrot
  • spices to taste
  • 1 glass of water
  • salt to taste
  • green onion for garnish
  • vegetable oil for frying

Cooking:

  1. Peel onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  2. Heat the frying pan, pour vegetable oil. Fry onions and carrots until golden brown.
  3. Sprinkle with spices and salt.
  4. Pour dry pasta directly into the pan and pour 1 cup of water. See the thickness of the pasta for water. These pasta (clouds) require a lot of water, thin pasta is less. If the water runs out, and the pasta is not cooked yet, you need to add more. Salt to taste.
  5. 3 minutes before the pasta is ready, put pre-thawed ready-made mushrooms into the pan, I took boiled redheads and boletus mushrooms.
  6. Mix everything well. Before serving, add green onions to each plate for beauty.
