Recipe for lazy pies - belyashi on kefir.
Compound:
- 2 cups of kefir
- 3 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 300 grams minced meat
- 1 bulb
- 2 garlic cloves
- 0.5 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar without top
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Cooking:
- Kefir warm up a little, add soda, sugar and salt. Mix everything well and leave for 10 minutes until completely dissolved.
- Add flour, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps. The consistency should be like that of sour cream. Add an egg and a spoonful of vegetable oil to the dough. Beat the dough with a mixer until smooth.
- Mince (if store-bought) scroll again into a meat grinder along with onions and garlic. You can add spices or herbs if you like. Salt, pepper to taste and mix.
- Preheat the frying pan, pour vegetable oil and put the dough for the first layer with a spoon.
- Then quickly put the minced meat on the first layer of dough and pour the dough again on top.
- Fry lazy pies on both sides.
- Serve hot.
