Recipe for lazy pies - belyashi on kefir.
Compound:
  • 2 cups of kefir
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • 300 grams minced meat
  • 1 bulb
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar without top
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking:

  1. Kefir warm up a little, add soda, sugar and salt. Mix everything well and leave for 10 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Add flour, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps. The consistency should be like that of sour cream. Add an egg and a spoonful of vegetable oil to the dough. Beat the dough with a mixer until smooth.
  3. Mince (if store-bought) scroll again into a meat grinder along with onions and garlic. You can add spices or herbs if you like. Salt, pepper to taste and mix.
  4. Preheat the frying pan, pour vegetable oil and put the dough for the first layer with a spoon.
  5. Then quickly put the minced meat on the first layer of dough and pour the dough again on top.
  6. Fry lazy pies on both sides.
  7. Serve hot.
