Recipe for cooking chicken on a jar in the oven with potatoes and tomatoes.

Compound:

  • 1 chicken carcass
  • 400 grams of potatoes
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 1 beer can
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons adjika
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoon of spices to your taste (you can suneli hops)
  • greenery for decoration

Cooking:

  1. Peel the garlic and grate on a fine grater.
  2. To prepare the sauce, mix mayonnaise, adjika, prepared garlic and spices.
  3. Put the chicken on a beer can and coat well with sauce. You can use a can of beer to make drunken chicken. For a regular jar, pour a little water, about half.
  4. Peel potatoes and cut into slices.
  5. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  6. Put the chicken on a baking sheet or form, put potatoes around it, tomatoes on top and grease everything with the remaining sauce.
  7. I do not salt or pepper, as the mayonnaise is salty, and there is already pepper in the spices.
  8. Put the chicken with garnish in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and cook until golden brown on the chicken (about 40 minutes).
  9. Put the finished chicken on a dish with potatoes and decorate with herbs.
  10. If you want to surprise your guests, you can decorate the finished chicken with eggs in a very interesting way. Picture below.
