Chicken sticks in sesame.
Compound:
- 600 grams of chicken fillet
- 15 grams of flour
- 10 grams of seasoning from a mixture of herbs
- 2 eggs
- 225 grams of sesame seeds
- 200 grams of sour cream
- 20 grams of tomato paste
- half a fresh cucumber
Cooking:
- Cut the chicken fillet into not very thin strips. Roll them in flour.
- Whisk the seasoned egg.
- Dip each strip into the egg mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
- For the sauce: finely chop the cucumber, mix with sour cream and tomato paste.
