Next:

Chicken sticks in sesame.

Compound:

  • 600 grams of chicken fillet
  • 15 grams of flour
  • 10 grams of seasoning from a mixture of herbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 225 grams of sesame seeds
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 20 grams of tomato paste
  • half a fresh cucumber

Cooking:

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into not very thin strips. Roll them in flour.
  2. Whisk the seasoned egg.
  3. Dip each strip into the egg mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  5. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
  6. For the sauce: finely chop the cucumber, mix with sour cream and tomato paste.
  7. Put the sticks on a plate. Dip in sauce and eat. Bon appetit!
